Automated call quality checks for teams that live on the phone. Evalua transcribes every call, checks it against the rules you define, and grades each one pass, fail or needs review. Managers see exactly where to coach instead of spot-checking a handful of recordings and hoping for the best.
Appointment scheduling for UK businesses with field teams, built natively into Zoho CRM. Phone agents see the next available slot instantly, with drive times calculated by postcode, and book the visit while the customer is still on the line.
